Bringing old and new sites for 2009

School has kind of called me out for the past year, so I haven't been able to make a great deal of updates. Although, I did forget to post that new shrine I opened over the summer (sorry, guys).

Some of you may already be aware of this, but Sen no Kotoba is back online. It's been sitting on my computer for years, so I decided to hike it back up onto the web for laughs. The site hasn't been updated since... 2005? 2006? I can't remember. The layout hasn't changed either, as noted by the miniscule text that used to be trendy back in the day. However, judging by the quality of my content, that may not necessarily be a bad thing. In any case, I may or may not update it in the future, and just to be sure, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

For the time being, I'll be revamping Same Sky with what spare time I have. I've stuck a notice on the front page, so nobody gets too hurt from broken links and whatnot. I've gotten most of the written portion down; although, the media section may take some time before it's fully reorganized. In addition, I will also be giving the site a new name: Awakening. I'm not exactly sure of my reasons either, but it sounded better than the first one, haha.

First off, I want to welcome Todd from Sharkboy.org as a new affiliate! Basically, he's pretty amazing with a collection of awesome shrines, so he's totally worth a visit, if you haven't already.

I redid the entire "perspective" section on Antihero, with the addition of ~~this piece of crack~~ Squall is an emo kid and another work of embarrassment. There's also been some issues with the css, which I forgot to correct, so that's been settled. I plan to overhaul the FMV section sometime soon, since I know the quality of the images aren't too fantastic.

Boundless also has its Ashe page up, along with some random Ultimania Omegea info thrown in. In addition, there's been random editing here and there for both sites.

Balthier.com renewed

Apologies for the lack of updates and what not, but I am pleased to say that I finally remembered to renew balthier.com. It's been a busy past few weeks, and I haven't been keeping up with site maitenece at all. In any case, balthier.com should be up for another year, and this November marks Boundless' second birthday =D Sorry for the trouble you guys!

Updates at Boundless? WHUT?!

Boundless has been updated with a couple new pages under "voice actors". Included are short bios, information on localization used in FFXII, an interview, and snippets from FFXII: Ultimania Omega. "Credits" has been updated as well.

Links have been updated and cleaned out over at Blizzara. As I promised, I fixed the affiliates list, kind of (I just put the buttons back in). I tried hunting down as many sites that have linked me; my tracker is retarded and doesn't have a very good compiled list of visited sites. So if I missed your link, I'll try and add it when I can!

Oh, and I also updated the profile page, so now it doesn't look nearly as dumb as before.

Quick Update

Hey, just wanted everyone to know that I'm still alive. There was a bit of downtime earlier this week, but we're back online for now.

There's been a few updates, but not very much, over at Boundless. Although I didn't get a chance to announce it earlier, you no longer need a password to access the FMV gallery. I'm still having a few issues because I'm tweaking with it. Also, corrections have been made, and there's a couple new pages in the site section (the not-so-important stuff, anyway).

Antihero's "squall" section kind of got messed up when I accidentally replaced that page, so sorry if a lot of the links aren't working. Unfortunately, the original page went M.I.A., and I'd have to go look for it. For the time being, "Thoughts and Emotions", "Romance", "Growth and Development", and "History", which are the newer pages, have been uploaded.

Also, Infelicitas is currently getting a major overhaul. I have no idea when it'll be finished, unfortunately =\

I've just pulled an all-nighter to fix breakfast and work on sites, so sorry if I sound incredibly incoherent right now =_=

So yeah, the domain is off its unofficial hiatus, and it's the first layout in about a year. Time really does fly. Anyway, all the information is revamped, but I do need some work on the exit page, mostly on the affiliates section. It needs a bit more dignification, concerning they're some of the most important people I've met, haha.

As someone reminded me in the previous post, I forgot to mention that I officially quit the whole fanlisting business quite a while ago. Also, Infelicitas, Driven, Winter Grace, and 1000 no Kotoba have been listed as "static". Which means, I probably won't touch them again for quite some time.

I think that's pretty much it for the current updates. Sorry it had to be so short ^^;

My layout portfolio rehauled, revamped, and renamed. Again. I still have a few tweaks to work out, I need to upload more layouts, and finish an article or two as well. For the most part, I'm done :O

Also, I've updated and added more links at Same Sky. I've lost a couple affiliates, and now I'm down to three D:

I'm going to work on revamping Antihero, and once I finish with that, I'll probably get to work on Same Sky.

Somewhat late, but Blizzara.org has a slightly-lazy-oriented-but-nevertheless-new layout.

There's been some updates with the revamp at Antihero; "Romance" has finally been somewhat written after so many years. "Relationships" and "History" have also received their share of cleaning up. I will most likely continue with the revamp, slowly but surely. Now, if only I can keep myself motivated-- it would save me much embarrasment!

I'm sure Same Sky and Boundless have something done, but I can't seem to recall what they were. Regardless, I don't think they've been uploaded...?

As for those Bleach shrines, I might either adopt them out or archive them. None of them are completed, so I'm kind of leaning towards the former, assuming that someone is insane enough to tolerate my junk.

1000 no Kotoba should be reuploaded sometime, hopefully before the next update.

All the domains (blizzara.org, balthier.com, geostigma.net) are up and running again. It looks like my server was hacked, not due to payments. I still have no idea what happened, but it was probably due to me still using PHPfanbase. I'll try to make an effort to switch to Enth, but I probably won't make the attempt until summer. My apologies for the late resolve.

Also, Orenji is down. Not sure what happened to my host, but I might have to find a new one. I'm contemplating on whether or not I should adopt it out, but nothing is final. I might inquire about it on my next post. Thanks for your patience, everyone.

All domains (blizzara, balthier, geostigma) are down for the time being. If you're wondering why, it's because I haven't renewed my hosting :P I'll crack down on paying sometime soon though.

I suppose I owe an explanation for my absence lately. I've been terribly busy with school and friends, so I haven't had the time to make major updates within the past month. Although, I did make a few minor updates these past couple months, such as reorganizing blizzara, and a few here and there to Boundless.

Although I'm pretty sure I could have made much more progress during my three-day weekend, I made a few new addtions to Boundless.

There are four new artworks up; one concept and three from Itadaki Street Special.
Maiestas, a new shrine to Ashe, is now an affiliate of Boundless!
Working on the following sections: The entire "site" section ("credits" drafted), changes need to be made to "design" again, and maybe a few pages on Balthier's relationships (I'll probably start with either Larsa, Vaan, or Basch). I have all the images set for "weapons", but I think I might need a bit more research. Oh, and I'm still working on that second part of his past. The "humor" page is taking longer than it should be too.

Other than that, I honestly did not get any real work done. Oh! But I did make new favicons for the domain and Boundless. The one for Same Sky should be showing up too. Har :3 On top of all this, I still have to revamp a few of the existing shrines. Sigh.

Hopefully by the end of the week, I'll have a new "contacts" page so I won't have to have what's essentially the same information on each shrine. It was supposed to be up today, but I'm having a few php problems *kicks server*

Anywho, weekend updates! New additions to Boundless: "Persona" and "War" have been uploaded. I still have to work on those section a bit more to make them not sound... terrible. "Timeline", "Design", and "Family" have been revised according to somewhat recent news of the upcoming FFT remake. I removed "death" because I sort of stuck it in the "war" section :P

I let Blizzara expire on accident, so I apologize if any of you saw that "for sale" sign. I've removed the "siblings" section and threw everyone under affiliates: if you have me listed under siblings, feel free to remove me. I felt that writing a little something for all of my affiliates took up too much space. Instead, I wrote a note for those people who I frequently keep in touch with and felt I can honestly say something important about, regardless of official linking status. I'm currently trying to figure out a decent way around this, so bear with me here :O The exit page was updated too.

The Marluxia fanlisting has been adopted by Nell and moved to here! Hopefully the update application will process without too much trouble at tfl.org D:

That's right folks, Blizzara.org is three years old today! *throws even more confetti* I made a new layout just for the occasion. It's actually been up for a few days already-- I just didn't formally announce it. This version's cover boy features a male Wizard from Granado Espada. As always, the text is riduculously small and in iframes for some odd reason :D

New updates at Boundless: Three new scans in the "artwork" section donated by Phyress. I've added a sorry excuse for a contact and exit page as well. I haven't been update much written content as of late due to my horrible schedule and fateful distractions ._.

I've finally given away Graceful Assasin and Giverny et Velours, and I decided to keep Existence of Nothing too. Look out for the new links in the future!

I've plugged it in my personal journal, but I suppose I can announce a sort of semi-opening? There aren't many pages up (and I haven't done much updating yet since the 15th), but have a look around. Most of my future updates will consist of new addiotions or changes being made to the shrine.

Ambrosia! For all of your beautiful FFXII FMV screencap goodness :D It's owned by Phyress, who spent a lot of time providing top quality images. Of course, the collection isn't quite complete as of right now, but rumors say there are plans of more official media going up the near future ;D

Speaking of Phyress, I forgot to mention that Blizzara.org is proud to be affiliated with Ashe.nu.

Okay, so I don't have any major site updates because I've been ~~slaving away on a certain site of no importance (which I hope would go up come this weekend, despite the incomplete...ness of it)~~ busy with other things, but I would like to mention that final decisions on fanlisting adoptions go down this weekend.

There's a possible revamp of Infelicitas that I'm planning because it's horrendous and hasn't been touched in about two years. Orenji also needs a huge update, specifically information after the soul society arc. Actually, I don't think I even completed THAT one.

Plugging charactershrine because I can.

I spent most of my day revamping Driven. Ahaha, that's right, you heard it! I think it's been a whole two years since I touched it. I gave it a new layout, and rewrote almost everything. I'm actually surprised at what I remember from WHR, except for one very important detail that I cannot recall for the life of me. Anywho, this is probably the last time I'll be touching it for a very long time.

This is long overdue, haha. I had to cut most of the content down a lot, and turn it into more of a mini-shrine instead. Most of the pages should be working though, and I have yet to add more. A HUGE thank you to Min for hosting me!

New layout up at Orenji. It's not my best work, I know. I still have some work to do on it, but that has yet to come.

Also, it looks like my Hitsugaya shrine is going to be finally opened as a mini-shrine. I'll update later on that :)

New layout up at Blizzara.org, featuring Ashe of FFXII. I've had it sitting on my computer for more than a week, and I decided to code and upload it. Stock photos make really awesome textures, in case you're wondering x3

I made some changes around the domain, mostly the links page. Apparently the form wasn't working, so I had to make a new one; it should be working now. There's been changes to the siblings/affiliates page, mostly adding sites of interest. I also added balthier.com to the list of planned sites :P

I'm planning on adopting out some of my fanlistings; I'm probably going to keep Hikari and Empyrean though. I just don't have the time to manage all of them, and the fact that they're still running on PHPfanbase isn't helping.

Please don't expect any updates to 1000 no Kotoba in the near future; eternal-calm.net, my host for the shrine, is having some difficulties. I know there are some changes that I need to make, but it might be some time before anything is resolved.

And Paopu-fruit.org is now an affiliate! :D

New layout at Blizzara.org after, what, three months? I was recently inspired by a few Cirque du Soliel productions that I watched to five hours straight. Haa. And although I didn't mention it, Tamisa is now an affiliate! ♥

So yeah, nothing else is really new. I started hellosquall some time ago, but I have yet to actually put some work into it. I feel so slow D: Real life keeps distracting me :(

After a whole year, 1000 no Kotoba finally has a new layout. I've been meaning to get a new one up for some time, but the inspiration just didn't get to me. Of course, when it did, I forgot how to make one. Brushes from 5th Muse haha. I can't use brushes, so the layout looks all blah.

It took a little longer, but all fanlistings have been updated. Srsly.

After a long wait, Blizzara's revamp is now complete. It's got a new exit layout (which I don't like entirely because it's not my style) with a pattern from h-g.net.

Same Sky has a new layout, and a revamp is on it's way due to the KHII boom that made my shrine suddenly outdated with 2 3/4 days. damn.

Also, look forward to a revamp on this as well. And I'll get that Tifa shrine up if it's the last thing I do e.e

All fanlistings have been updated. And um, I'll get to working on those missing pages sometime.

Back from the dead, and making progress

Uhm, yes, hello there fellow minions. It is *checks watch* 1 a.m. and I have nothing better to do but to update this thing. And it hasn't been updated anyway. I'm surprised I can actually type legitimate HTML at this hour; it makes me wonder if I can do it in my sleep. Now, where's my soda?!

First and foremost, B.org, although it has a new layout, it's revamp isn't completed. I still have to wrap up the pages in the "exit" section, and change the links page to... something else. The layout is compatible in IE, and I'm working on fixing the errors it's making in FF. So if you can, view the site in IE; it looks better in it anyway (I promise it doesn't have any ads >.>).

New additions to the site since the last update are Dawn & Magnolias, Giverny et Velours, and Graceful Assassin. Sites that have closed are Astro Mechanic (Ratchet FL), and Amaranth (personal site).

Orenji will also be moving to http://byakuya.nu/ichigo sometime very soon, possibly tomorrow, so please update your links if you have it linked. I will also be finding Winter Grace a new home sometime. Actually, if you have byakuya.cc linked, uh, you can remove it :3

Hiatus

All of my domains (blizzara.org, byakuya.cc, and geostigma.net) are on hiatus. I could give you a really long explination on why (or you could just read the one that's on there already), but I'm basically going to be too busy until the end of the year. Even though they've been siting around sometime, I wanted to give the domains a proper hiatus message, which I find a bit ironic. I'm got unlazy and prepared to be lazy. Um, if that makes any sense.

I do have some plans for what to do with geostigma.net, but I haven't quite decided yet. I'll make some form of announcement one way or another, so be sure to stick around. I'll also be making minor updates every once in a while, such as adding new members to fanlistings, fixing a few links here and there, etc. Whether or not I'll be making posts here or not is still undecided.

And Angie leires.net is now a b.org sibling!~

Erm, and if you haven't noticed, I gave both b.org and the update log a "Reno" theme. I was supposed to make a header for this one, but just gave up ._.

It's not of any relevance, but if any of you keep up with the jrock world (which would probably be none of you...), be sure to check out Zekkeishoku, alice nine's first full album, which is currently owning my soul. And they're the second jrock band I know of to name to name a song after a (less expensive) alcohol drink. The other being Gazette's "Cassis" =P

Blizzara.org has two new affiliates! Audrey from elric.nu and Jen from Kairi.net! I had the pleasure of meeting Audrey IRL at a Diru concert, and I've known Jen for quite some time :3 Welcome to the family ♥
